Where this goes
This goes first to Your Block Agriculture Officer. If there is no answer in 15 days it moves up to the State Nodal Officer on its own. If there is still no answer 15 days after that, it goes to the PM-KISAN Division in Delhi, which can direct the payment to be released. You do not have to chase any of it.
This complaint is not sent to any government office. In a real deployment it would go to your State Nodal Officer.
