What to do next
Your identity check is not finished, and the phone number on your Aadhaar cannot receive the code.
Who can fix this
A Common Service Centre
You can do this yourself.
Finish the identity check in person
Takes about 10 days to take effect after it is done.
What to take with you
- Your Aadhaar card
- Your PM-KISAN registration number
- Your bank passbook
Other ways to do this
Finish it online with a code
Why this will not work for you
A code will not reach you. No phone number is linked to your Aadhaar, so there is nowhere to send it. This is the route the official website offers first, and it is the one route that cannot work for you.
Link a phone number to your Aadhaar first
- Take your Aadhaar card and the phone you use now to a Common Service Centre.
- Ask them to link that number to your Aadhaar. After this the online route will work for you in future.
Things you can finish here
The official website would send you to an app download or an office for these. You can do them on this screen.
- Finish your identity check with your cameraYour identity check needs proof that you are you. The usual way is a code to your phone, and that cannot reach you. Your camera can do it instead, here, in about a minute.Use my camera
- Change the phone number on your recordThe number on your record is one you no longer use, which is why the code never arrives. Give us the number you use now and every future code will reach you.Change my number
